London, 8 June 2022; Hawk Platform, has appointed Georgia Yaksich as agency sales manager as it continues to expand its commercial team to meet the ongoing growth in demand for its cross-channel advertising and insights technology.
Yaksich joins media and insights platform Hawk from oOh!media, a leading out-of-home (OOH) specialist in Australia; she takes on her new role from Jennifer Richards, who was promoted to group commercial leader at Hawk in April this year.
Hawk’s technology enables clients to plan, activate and manage advertising campaigns across mobile, digital audio, connected TV (CTV), digital out-of-home (DOOH), in-game advertising and the metaverse. Actionable insights can be extracted from all channels as a result of the platform’s media insights technology, with this information used to inform future activity.
Yaksich will oversee some of Hawk’s major agency clients, liaising with their central and regional offices to create and manage campaigns and strategies for a range of brands. The role will integrate her OOH expertise with Hawk’s multi-channel approach, as OOH sales are predicted to grow by more than 34% in 2022.
Richards says: “Georgia brings extensive out-of-home expertise to the team at a time when this is increasingly important for advertisers; combining her knowledge with Hawk’s digital multi-channel capabilities is a key element of our ongoing drive to deliver campaigns that are highly effective and meet the individual business objectives of every brand we work with.”
Yaksich says: “Hawk Platform has an impressive range of digital media channels under one roof, making it stand out from the crowd; adding its research, insights and measurement capabilities to the mix results in a set of tools that offer real, tangible benefits to advertisers and agencies. This role lets me share my specific out-of-home knowledge, while working with sophisticated technology and expanding my experience.”
