Can you quickly introduce yourself?
My name is Kowshika, I am 25 years old. I joined Hawk during an internship in Master 1 E-Commerce, then I continued my experience as a work-study student. I’ve been here for 3 years now!
What is your position and role at Hawk?
I am a Technical Account Manager. My main role is to set up the advertising campaigns and optimise them, in order to achieve the expected objectives. In parallel, thanks to my expertise, I help my SAAS clients solve their problems by answering their technical questions related to the platform.
What impressed you the most when you joined the adventure?
The welcome and the sharing of know-how were the most important things for me when I joined Hawk. I arrived without any knowledge of the business, and I learned as I went along with the help of the AdOps team who really took the time to train me in the use of the DSP and the advertising market.
What do your days consist of and what are your daily challenges?
My day starts with a check of all my SAAS clients campaigns, I give them the necessary alerts if needed. I then optimise my campaigns and/or work on the next setups. I also introduce the platform to new traders, all the while responding to the various requests of my clients.
The daily challenge is to be able to adapt both to the campaigns, which can be challenging, and to follow up with my clients.
In your opinion, what is your greatest success at Hawk?
My biggest success at Hawk is to be a quick learner of the business. As I said before, I had no knowledge of the advertising business. Thanks to the entire AdOps team, I was able to excel and acquire the necessary skills. In addition, Hawk is constantly innovating, which allows me to adapt quickly to new developments.
What makes you get up in the morning?
Life makes me wake up in the morning. The quote “Carpe Diem” defines me very well, enjoy life without worrying about tomorrow. When I wake up in the morning, I say to myself “Let’s go and explore this new day the way it should be”. Every morning is a new adventure!
What 3 adjectives would your team use to describe you?
I think my team would describe me as helpful, dynamic and reliable.
