Can you quickly introduce yourself?

Hi everyone, I am Rossana, from Italy. I am 28 years old and I joined Hawk one year ago. This is my first experience in the media industry since before I was working in the communication area and then as a consultant for an international bank.

What is your position and role at Hawk specifically?

I am a Customer Success Executive and my main role is to identif the needs of each key client by providing personalised recommendations via advanced business reports. I also ensure that clients are satisfied with the presentations, that they are willing to increase their investments by detecting new market opportunities and that they want to keep working with us by doing new media campaigns and activating new media devices.

What was the most sticking thing about your arrival in the adventure?

When I arrived at Hawk I immediately felt the team spirit and team working between all the internal teams. You can right away feel accepted, well integrated and appreciated by everyone, even if you have a different professional background or if you are from a different country.

What do your days consists of and what are your daily challenges?

Normally, my days start with a check on the results that each post-test study is having (also known as Hawk Survey which is the main product of my role and team) to assure that everything is going fine. This can also lead to alerts that I send to the internal teams to optimise the results of the Hawk Survey. Then for the rest of the day, I normally work on presentations of the media campaign and of the Hawk Survey’s results by always providing personalised recommendations that I am first presenting to the Sales team and then to the clients.

In your opinion, what is your greatest success at Hawk?

For sure, my greatest success at Hawk is to be able to work by using my third language. It was a very difficult challenge in the beginning but despite everything I was still able to establish my position in Hawk and among my coworkers.

What 3 adjectives would your team use to describe you?

I think that my team would describe me as a very dynamic, positive and reliable person.
