Hello Sarah, can you quickly introduce yourself?

Hello, I’m Sarah and I joined Hawk 7 years ago! After working in the insurance sector, I had the opportunity to discover the world of programmatic advertising, which allows me to combine my passions: technology and relationships.

What exactly is your position and role at Hawk (Azerion group)?

I’m Head of Adops. My role is to work with my team of Technical Account Managers to ensure that our customers are onboarded and that operations are properly monitored. I also work closely with the other teams to ensure that everyone receives the support and tools they need.

What 3 adjectives would your team use to describe you?

It’s not easy, but I would say dedicated, conscientious and available.

What has made the biggest impression on you since you joined the adventure?

Opportunities! Hawk gives everyone the opportunity and pushes them to develop within the company. The digital world is constantly growing, and we make sure that everyone can grow with the company.

In your opinion, what is your greatest success at Hawk?

I’d say that my greatest success is seeing the team members grow and shine. This is reflected in the success of our campaigns and the satisfaction of our customers. There’s a real sense of mutual help and support between the Adops that pushes them to excel. It’s a real pleasure to see each member of the team develop!

And what are your hobbies?

I’ve discovered a passion for knitting!
