The European Adtech company Hawk is expanding its team in Germany with two new employees in order to expand its presence in the European region. 

André Kolesnikov joins Hawk as Senior Ad Operations Manager and Melih Sezer will take on the position of Senior Sales Consultant DACH. Both will thus support the Managing Director DACH, Oliver Bolenius, in the future.

Before joining Hawk, André Kolesnikov worked as a Programmatic Specialist at agency groups Vivalu and Unidesq. Now, in his new position as Senior Ad Operations Manager, he is responsible of the implementation and coordination of digital campaign processes and activities.

With Melih Sezer, Hawk has brought a sales expert on board. During his many years in sales, Sezer was able to acquire comprehensive knowledge in the areas of programmatic advertising and business development. From acquisition to contract conclusion, he will be responsible for the holistic support of customers and partners as Senior Sales Consultant DACH. He most recently demonstrated his knowledge at Video Intelligence and later after its merger with the native specialist Outbrain.

Founded in 2013, Hawk develops and operates a demand-side platform (DSP) that enables advertisers to buy advertising space in the programmatic media ecosystem worldwide on DOOH, audio, mobile, CTV and desktop.
